About Us: We are a well-established recruitment agency within the payments space, with over 25 years of experience serving clients. In recent years, we have expanded to cover biotech and innovative tech such as AI. We are now looking to expand into the Quantitative Trading space, after success in establishing ourselves as a partner to Tier 1 and Tier 2 quantitative trading firms.

The Role: We are seeking two new additions to the team, one experienced recruitment consultant within the quantitative space/data science, and one graduate recruiter, ideally with a background within a STEM subject, computer science, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with quantitative traders, researchers, and technologists across prop firms, hedge funds, and trading houses.
  • Continue to develop and expand your professional network through referrals, leads and screening candidates.
  • Develop a strong grasp on financial products, such as derivatives, ETFs, Equities and alternative investments.
  • Keep up to date on new industry developments, such as new HFT strategies, hiring trends within the space, and other correlated geopolitical and fundamental events.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A natural curiosity for systematic investing and financial markets.
  • Willingness to understand coding language fundamentals (Python, C++, R, MATLAB, or similar) to understand candidates' skill sets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with highly technical talent.
  • Background in finance, banking, investments, or a STEM-related degree. Prior experience in a finance or investment-related role is highly advantageous.
  • A high-performance mindset, resilience, and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Fluency in a secondary language such as French, Russian, Dutch, Hebrew, Arabic is advantageous.
