Qualifications
- 3 Years+ Proven experience in Fintech or Tech recruitment with a strong track record with a preference in our market areas.
- Experience of the US and/or APAC markets.
- Experience sourcing on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter, Sale Nav and other tailored technology tools.
- Strong drive to succeed and a focus on achieving financial targets.
- Business Development, new logos.
- Self-sufficient with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment.
