Job Overview
An Executive is responsible for managing sales relationships with existing client accounts as well as prospecting new clients and accounts. They serve as the interface between clients and the Dealing Team, working closely with Compliance and Risk to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines. The role holder requires knowledge of all my client’s products and the regulatory framework under which they operate to successfully market these products to new and existing clients, ensuring the clients’ long-term interests are prioritised with fair and equitable outcomes for both the role holder and the firm.
- Previous sales experience within a Business to Business (B2B) role.
- Experience of working within a regulated financial services firm is highly desirable.
- Proven history of operating at an Executive level within a commercial sales environment.
- Able to clearly articulate a full understanding of end-to-end sales processes.
- Understanding the purpose of risk management and compliance within a regulated environment.
