Pagos Consultants are a professional experienced recruitment agency covering a number of verticals including Medtech, Payments and Fintech, Innovative Technology, Biotech and igaming. Based in London Liverpool Street, we are looking for a pure delivery consultant to join our BFSI, Core Banking and consultancy sourcing team. As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you will embark on a dynamic journey to learn and develop the skills needed to excel in the fast-paced world of recruitment. Under the guidance of experienced consultants, you'll contribute to the success of our client engagements by sourcing top talent, managing candidate relationships, and supporting the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Knowledge: Recruitment experience within the Medtech, tech, Bioscience & Life Sciences space. Sourcing channels, including database searches, job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Initiate contact with candidates through personalized outreach via phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Candidate Screening and Qualification: Assist in conducting initial candidate screenings to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles. Gain experience in gathering detailed information on candidates' backgrounds, career aspirations, and preferences to facilitate effective matching with client opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Support the building and maintenance of a database of qualified candidates for current and future client requirements. Learn to ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date in our recruitment database, and assist in regularly reviewing and refreshing candidate profiles.
  • Client Collaboration: Shadow recruitment consultants to understand client needs, job specifications, and hiring criteria. Provide support in delivering timely and relevant candidate profiles to assist with client requirements and enhance the recruitment process.
  • Market Research and Talent Mapping: Gain exposure to industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify talent pools and recruitment opportunities. Assist in conducting talent mapping exercises to proactively source candidates in high-demand skill areas.
  • Candidate Experience Management: Learn to deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear communication, guidance, and support throughout the recruitment process. Shadow experienced consultants to address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and preparing candidate submissions for client review. Gain experience in maintaining thorough and organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach to managing workload and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in the recruitment field.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities and challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base Competitive – up to £100,000 OTE

Additional pay: Commission pay, Performance bonus
