The Opportunity
You will become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, working closely with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition teams, HR, Procurement, and senior stakeholders.
Your focus will be to strengthen relationships, maximise client retention, increase hiring activity, and ensure every recruitment assignment is delivered to the highest standard.
Working alongside our Sales and Delivery teams, you'll play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Pagos Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing recruitment clients.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers.
- Increase revenue through account management, growth and expansion into new business areas.
- Conduct regular client meetings, service reviews, and business reviews.
- Identify upcoming hiring plans and recruitment opportunities.
- Act as the client's primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Resolve client issues quickly and professionally.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice.
- Ensure client satisfaction remains at the highest level.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Client Services Manager, or similar role within a recruitment agency.
- Strong understanding of agency recruitment permanent hiring.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Professional, organised, and highly client focused.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- A proactive approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A well organised and structured approach.
