I’m partnering with a venture-backed fintech building critical financial infrastructure across emerging markets - solving real problems around cross-border payments, FX, and global liquidity. This is a founder’s right-hand / special projects role, designed for someone who operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.
This is for someone who can step into ambiguity, find the highest-leverage problem in the business, and own it end-to-end. The mandate: You’ll work directly with the CEO, sitting at the centre of the business, driving the most important initiatives that don’t neatly belong to any one function.
Examples of the kind of work you’ll own:
- Market expansion: entering new countries from scratch (market selection, regulatory pathways, operational setup, launch)
- Operational scale: identifying bottlenecks across teams and redesigning systems/processes to support growth
- Strategic initiatives: owning ambiguous, high-priority projects from zero → shipped
- Business diagnostics: diving into messy data and turning it into clear strategic decisions
- Cross-functional execution: acting as the connective tissue between product, ops, compliance, and leadership
