Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the client base.
  • Client Acquisition: Drive client acquisition efforts to secure new contract business opportunities.
  • Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top IT talent through various channels.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients you on-board who are hiring IT contractors and interim staff.
  • Market Insight: Provide clients with valuable market insights and advice.
