Page Up in the UK is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to provide proactive advice and implement solutions for our bespoke Applicant Tracking Software and Recruitment Marketing Saa S products by Page Up Clinch.

This is a full-time role, primarily remote with occasional London office visits.

You will troubleshoot via Zendesk, own client issues, and contribute to documentation while helping clients optimise their careers sites.

A Saa S support background and excellent communication are highly valued.
