PagerDuty is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As Business Development Representative, you will report to a Manager of Sales Development and as part of a dynamic team, you'll collaborate closely with our talented Account Executives, fuelling their pipelines with promising leads and conquering territories together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Value Selling: Focus on highlighting the unique PD value and benefit our products and services can provide to a customer.
- Sales Effectiveness: Establishing, overseeing and maintaining genuine connections with customers.
- Sales Execution: Ensuring that one’s own and other’s work and information are complete and accurate; careful preparation for meetings and presentations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
- 1-2 Years experience in outbound prospecting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior sales development experience preferred.
- Experience using salesforce.com preferred.
- BA/BS Degree.
