The role
This is a varied, people-focused role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers getting in touch. You'll manage all inbound enquiries and support outbound campaigns in line with our sales plan guiding enquiries through to sale, and looking after customers to encourage repeat business.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and our website, responding promptly and professionally.
- Understand what the customer needs, recommend the right solution, and produce accurate quotations.
