We are looking for a commercially focused individual to work within our Senior Management Team. Acting as the link between our sales force and commercial/operations team, this role involves both 'getting business' and 'doing business'. We seek someone who understands sales as well as construction contracts, and who is future-focused, looking for opportunities to develop the business into new areas while managing the current workload.

From our head office in Corby, we run teams of installers covering the whole of the UK from Lands’ End to John O’Groats, with installation bases in the North, Midlands and South of England. We provide design, supply and installation to a wide base of clients from individuals to large multi-national companies.

- Contract Management – ensuring along with their team that all projects run to programme and within estimate.
- Head of Health & Safety.
- Responsible for Business Development.
- Sales Management – working with the sales and commercial team to secure orders.
- Attend Senior Sites meetings and pre-start meetings.
- Work with sites and clients to resolve any day-to-day issues on active projects.
Skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Previous experience in the construction industry.
- Full Driving licence.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Understanding of Construction contracts.
