The Senior Media Manager role will lead strategic media planning to drive candidate attraction and support hiring goals for a range of clients within Enterprise Solutions comprising Outsourcing, advisory and volume hiring. This role combines commercial expertise, strategic execution, and data-driven insights to pitch and deliver successful candidate attraction solutions.

Primary duties include:

  • Supporting Sales - Client-facing support for pitch processes to understand client needs and align expectations.
  • Strategic Media Planning and Execution - Develop comprehensive media strategies to attract talent across diverse industries.
  • Reporting and Optimisation - Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of media strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration - Line management of Global Media Manager and collaboration with recruitment consultants.
