This role sits within the Marketing and Business Development Department, and reports into the Head of Marketing. The team are a closely knit, hardworking team dealing with a full spectrum of tasks including tenders, bids, proposals, seminars, events, digital marketing, PR, responsible business, and marketing.
Job Purpose:
The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a background in legal marketing. This role will involve direct support to the Head of Marketing in shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the firm’s services and brand, in alignment with the overall firm strategy and in line with budgets.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Ensure brand consistency marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Manage the firm’s online presence, including website updates, SEO optimisation, and social media engagement.

Coordinate and promote events, seminars, and webinars to enhance client relationships and attract new business.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and inform the Head of Marketing.

Take an active role of delivery of firmwide Marketing projects.
*Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management, highlighting campaign performance and areas for improvement.
*Manage the marketing budget and track expenditures.
*Work closely with the Business Development team to facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
*Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
*5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on the legal industry preferred.
*Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
*Strong management and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
*Digital Marketing experience.
*Excellent analytical skills, particularly in tracking and reporting on KPIs.
*Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
