Carry out the electrical installation Condition Report as well as additional tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner

Key responsibilities will include: Undertaking repair/ renewal works within your Electricians remit and work with associated trades carrying out electrical installation condition reports and ensure maintenance work is undertaken safely and in accordance with all technical standards

Previous experience working on social housing maintenance and repairs contracts is required
