The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

  • Carry out the electrical installation Condition Report as well as additional tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner

  • Key responsibilities will include: Undertaking repair/ renewal works within your Electricians remit and work with associated trades carrying out electrical installation condition reports and ensure maintenance work is undertaken safely and in accordance with all technical standards

  • You must communicate effectively with residents, scheduler and line manager, providing a high level of customer service

  • Previous experience working on social housing maintenance and repairs contracts is required

  • You must have relevant electrical qualifications inclusive of; 18th Edition, Level 3 and 2391 testing & inspection (or equivalent)

  • You must have a full UK driving license
