Lead the growth strategy for a number of categories with a focus on activation and partnerships, renovation and innovation

Own the performance of the portfolio, working closely with insights and category teams on performance and drivers

Recommending interventions & ensuring actionable insights are fed back

Responsible for strategy, evaluating product ranges, propose strategic skus and lead continual improvement and new product development projects

Lead the innovation strategy and pipeline across packaging and product.

Develop communications plans with a focus on partnerships, PR, and experiential.

You will also partner with the head of social and digital and the shopper marketing teams

Strong brand management experience within a FMCG environment
