Our client is looking to recruit a BI, Reporting & Data Administrator to work in our Sales Operations Team based in Keele. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations you will be responsible for creating and monitoring day-to-day business reports for all operational departments including, Sales, Marketing & Customer Support., * Develop, maintain, and manage reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.

Collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs and provide actionable insights.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards.

Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Support the Sales Operations team with data analysis and reporting.

Create and maintain documentation for BI processes and reports.

Train and support team members on the use of BI tools and reports.

Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Power Automate etc.
