Job Description
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
- Provide financial insights to aid decision-making across the site.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across logistics, production and operations on financial performance.
- Assist in preparing year-end accounts and liaising with external auditors.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimisation.
- Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
- Actively working towards CIMA/ACCA.
- Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
