About Our Client:
An independently owned practice, that has expressed their desire to stay independently owned through hiring future Directors that will buy into the firm. This business has been operating across the West Midlands for a number of decades and has a workforce of around 20-25 staff.
Job Description:
Initially joining to support the outgoing Director with the handover of responsibility for their portfolio. You will provide accounts, tax and some audit services to a large and varied client portfolio, based across the West Midlands. In time, you will gain overall responsibility for this portfolio, as well as being tasked with continuing the steady growth of the firm through developing junior staff and winning work.
The Successful Applicant:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, AAT)
- An extensive background working in UK based accounting firms, within a general practice role
- Prior experience growing and managing a portfolio of SME / OMB clients
