Job Description

  • Process and code supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare weekly payment runs, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledger records for audit purposes.
  • Assist in responding to supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Support the month-end closing process with relevant ledger tasks.
  • Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
  • Provide administrative support as required within the Purchase Ledger function.
