Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT Business Partners to ensure strong alignment between IT and business objectives.
- Define and deliver IT strategies that support business goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Own and manage the IT Capex budget, ensuring effective resource allocation across initiatives.
- Track spend, monitor project financials, and report budget performance to senior leadership.
- Establish and optimise 1st and 2nd line support processes to ensure timely issue resolution.
