Job Description
- Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

The Successful Applicant
- A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Own all accounting and financial reporting for the plc holding company.
- Produce monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and stakeholder reporting.
- Lead the preparation of company-only financial statements for the consolidated annual report.
- Coordinate annual budgeting and variance analysis.
- Partner with Shared Services and Tax teams for journal reviews, intercompany balances, and tax reporting inputs.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Drive process improvement, control enhancements, and team capability building.
- Ensure robust financial compliance aligned with IFRS and group policies.
