Job Description
We are seeking a UK Country Manager to take full commercial and leadership responsibility for a £10m business operating across two sites. This is a pivotal sales leadership role focused on driving sustainable revenue growth through structured management, commercial strategy, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a large internal sales and business development function (30+ staff) across two UK sites.
- Define and execute growth strategies to expand market share and profitability across target sectors.
- Drive performance management, coaching, and structured sales processes across teams.
- Oversee key customer relationships while empowering teams to deliver exceptional service and results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop clear KPIs, sales forecasting, and business reporting to the senior leadership team.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to fuel long-term growth.
The Successful Applicant
A successful UK Country Director should have:
- Proven track record in sales leadership or general management within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth through structured leadership and process improvement.
