They are looking for a Head of Finance to be the number 2 to the Finance Director.
Job Description
The Head of Finance will be responsible for:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Run the day to day finance department as number 2 to the Finance Director.
- Lead all statutory accounting, Tax and compliance.
- Oversee all transactional finance.
- Transform systems and processes through automation.
- Lead the period end close.
- Lead the year end audit.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally be:
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
- Demonstrable experience within an international organisation with various jurisdictions (Europe).
- Strong financial control and commercial finance experience.
- Able to lead the day to day running of the finance department.
- Able to create and foster a great culture.
- Demonstrable experience in automating processes.
- Able to thrive within a growing business and change environment.
- Strong business partner who can influence, challenge and bring stakeholders on a journey.
- USGAAP knowledge.

The Head of Finance role comes with a competitive base salary commensurate with experience - £95,000-£115,000, 15% Bonus based on company and individual performance, BUPA Medical, Life Assurance, 25 days annual leave, Pension.
