With continued investment in its Deals practice, the firm is seeking an ambitious individual to support the delivery of financial due diligence engagements across a diverse range of sectors and transaction sizes.

Job Description

  • Lead financial due diligence engagements on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and investment transactions.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring high-quality client delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Analyse financial performance, working capital, cash flow and key business drivers to identify transaction risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and review detailed due diligence reports for a range of stakeholders including private equity investors, lenders and corporates.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal writing, networking and contributing to winning new work.
  • Coach, mentor and develop junior team members, providing technical guidance and leadership.
  • Work closely with colleagues across tax, valuation, M&A and restructuring teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Significant experience within Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence or Deals Advisory.
  • Demonstrable experience leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects.
  • Strong financial analysis and report-writing capabilities.
  • Experience managing client relationships and leading engagement teams.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify business development opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience within a leading accountancy firm, advisory practice or corporate finance environment.
