Job Description
- Lead financial due diligence engagements on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and investment transactions.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring high-quality client delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Analyse financial performance, working capital, cash flow and key business drivers to identify transaction risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and review detailed due diligence reports for a range of stakeholders including private equity investors, lenders and corporates.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing, networking and contributing to winning new work.
- Coach, mentor and develop junior team members, providing technical guidance and leadership.
- Work closely with colleagues across tax, valuation, M&A and restructuring teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
The Successful Applicant
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Significant experience within Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence or Deals Advisory.
- Demonstrable experience leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects.
- Strong financial analysis and report-writing capabilities.
- Experience managing client relationships and leading engagement teams.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify business development opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience within a leading accountancy firm, advisory practice or corporate finance environment.
