The Private Client Solicitor will be:
- Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters
- Drafting key legal documents such as trust deeds and letters of wishes
- Advising on the establishment and ongoing administration of UK trusts
- Providing guidance on trust taxation (income tax, CGT, IHT)
