Job Description
As the HR Advisor you will be the first point of contact for your business area, supporting a range of HR activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and strong generalist HR experience, and demonstrable experience in managing employee relations, advising on disciplinary, grievance, performance management, redundancy and TUPE cases.
The Successful Applicant
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
- Current understanding of UK employment law.
- Strong experience handling a variety of ER casework.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
