Job Description
- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching and coding invoices for payment
- Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runs
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries promptly
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting month-end close activities and reporting requirements
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Assisting with process improvements across the Accounts Payable function
- Supporting the wider finance team as required

A successful Accounts Payable professional should have
- Previous Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger experience
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
