Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities in hospitals, labs, and healthcare facilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, and contractors.
  • Develop tailored proposals and bids with estimating and delivery teams.
  • Deliver presentations and technical sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and pipeline objectives.
  • Translate complex client requirements into compliant technical solutions.
  • Support bid and pre-construction activities, including value engineering and risk analysis.
  • Work closely with project managers and engineers to scope, price, and resource projects.
  • Keep up to date with healthcare technology, equipment, and FM project delivery.
  • Act as the technical-commercial interface between clients and internal teams.
  • Provide account management for key clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term relationships.
  • Support mobilisation and handover stages to meet client expectations.

The Successful Applicant:
