Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.
Job Description
- Support the delivery of HR and learning initiatives across the organisation.
- Coordinate training sessions and development programmes for employees.
- Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
