  • Coordinate and manage safeguarding documentation and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support for safeguarding meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for safeguarding-related queries and concerns.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis for safeguarding purposes.
