Job Description
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and staff.
- Support recruitment processes, including candidate selection.
- Manage employee relations issues, offering advice and resolutions.
- Collaborate on workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and organisational standards.
- Deliver training and development programmes to employees.
- Analyse HR data and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to improving HR processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in analysing HR data and preparing reports.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Experience in delivering training and development initiatives.
- A proactive approach to improving HR processes.

- Salary ranging from £42,000 to £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
