Job Description

  • Supervise and lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations in the engineering and manufacturing department.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met efficiently and on time.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the site.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Train and develop team members to maintain high performance standards.
