Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries across EMEA
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, performance, and offboarding
- Coordinating HR documentation and ensuring compliance with local legislation
- Assisting with ER cases, escalating where appropriate
- Partnering with managers to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
