Job Description
- Provide HR support across the UK & EMEA region, ensuring compliance with regional employment laws and practices.
- Assist in managing employee relations, including addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.
- Support recruitment processes, from advertising roles to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programmes to support employee growth.
- Prepare reports and analyse HR metrics for decision-making purposes.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to align practices across regions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Adviser should have:
- Experience in HR operations within the UK and EMEA region.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the relevant regions.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and handling data accurately.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build effective working relationships.
- A proactive approach to managing HR tasks and improving processes.
