Job Description
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Consolidate, review, and provide technical advice on financial results and forecasts, monitoring risks and opportunities to minimize impact.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide financial guidance.
- Oversee periodic accounts, analysis, and business plans to support effective decision-making.
- Understand and influence cost and income drivers to meet business plans.
- Coach and challenge senior budget holders on financial performance and planning.
- Suggest cost-saving initiatives and efficiencies.
- Manage KPIs and highlight significant financial trends to aid decision-making.
- Lead meetings on financial performance, offering professional advice.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
- Membership or progress towards membership of CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent experience.
