About Our Client
Page Group are working in partnership with a long standing client who are a market leading manufacturer within the construction and industrial sector. They are now looking to appoint an Internal Sales & Service Manager to join them at their Scunthorpe head office and lead a team providing B2B customers with quotations, estimations and processing of orders.
Job Description
- Provide leadership, management and direction to a 7fte Internal Sales function focused on providing Quotations & Estimations to B2B customers.
- Ensure quotations and estimations are followed up on to ensure end outcomes are recorded.
- Drive quotation / estimation uptake through strong price negotiations and excellent service levels.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in line with agreed timescales.
- Provide training and development to the team.
- Work cross functionally with field sales to offer support to customers.
- Provide customers with accurate lead / order times, working with production and logistics to deliver on time.
- Review operating process and procedures to improve profitability, lead times, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Use quotation / estimation data to understand customer trends, customer feedback and use the data to make informed decisions.

- Experience leading a similar internal sales / estimating / service function.
- Strong people leader.
- Ability to create and present reports.
- Excellent communicator.
- Strong commercial acumen.
