Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment
- Handle inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer issues
- Order fault testing & production oversight
- Reviewing product & project technical drawings
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and provide timely feedback to ensure the highest level of service
- Work with suppliers and shipping teams to track and manage deliveries
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and order details in CRM systems
- Support account managers with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels
- Assist in processing invoices and verifying payment details
- Work closely with the sales team to manage daily tasks, ensuring all systems are updated, and support the seamless running of the sales operations
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience QA/Sales support functions within similar trades, and/or electrical wholesale
- Experience in product fault testing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers and support the sales team
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or inventory management is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation
