Job Description
The Real Estate Partner will be :
- Managing commercial property matters including development, investment, landlord / tenant and corporate occupier work.
- Winning and generating your own work streams and new business opportunities.
- Building and managing client relationships (investors, developers, corporate occupiers).
- Working with the existing team in the North West / Leeds to deliver high-quality service.
- Growing a team and supporting the growth of the Leeds office.
The Successful Applicant
The Real Estate Partner should be / have;
- A Partner with a track record in commercial real estate, including development, investment, landlord / tenant and occupier work.
- Able to generate your own work streams and bring existing client relationships.
- Experienced in managing complex property transactions and delivering high-value commercial property deals.
