Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administration
  • Track project actions, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Chase outstanding tasks and updates with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and status reports
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and circulate actions and summaries
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate
  • Ensure project data is up to date across systems and shared documents
  • Act as a central point of contact for project-related queries during working hours

The Successful Applicant

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a project support, project coordination, or PMO role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, comfortable following up and chasing actions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
