Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administration
- Track project actions, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up
- Chase outstanding tasks and updates with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and status reports
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and circulate actions and summaries
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate
- Ensure project data is up to date across systems and shared documents
- Act as a central point of contact for project-related queries during working hours
The Successful Applicant
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a project support, project coordination, or PMO role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable following up and chasing actions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
