You will develop a comprehensive digital HR strategy, lead Workday HCM roadmaps, drive automation and analytics, enhance employee experience, and ensure training and compliance in partnership with HR and learning teams.
You will work on-site up to 3 days per week and report to senior stakeholders while managing vendors and data quality improvements.
