Job Description:
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner across EMEA regions.
- Ensure compliance is met within local countries.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to reconcile payroll data.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data and adjustments.
- Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and reports.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience managing payroll across multiple EMEA regions.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and tools, with a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local payroll regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
