Senior Bookkeeper to join a successful accountants based near Radstock. You will provide bookkeeping services, prepare VAT returns, payroll and provide other services to varied sole trader, partnership and limited company SMEs and OMBs of varying size and industry sector, primarily on Xero software.
You will also oversee and assist more junior/trainee staff in a mentoring and review capacity, helping in their technical development. You will work closely with managers and directors as a key addition.
About Our Client: This very successful firm of accountants acts for a wide range of clients across varying turnovers and industry sectors. A team-focused environment is offered with flexible working hours and a mix of home to office working.
The Successful Applicant: You may hold the AAT qualification, but if supported by a relevant career history and technical skill set, a relevant experienced background is equally of interest. You will have 2 - 3 years or significantly more experience within accountancy practice, or perhaps be a self-employed senior bookkeeper seeking the stability of a permanent employed position.
