- Proven track record delivering projects in Corporate, Retail, or Mixed-use sectors.
- Strong commercial and financial insight.
- Experienced in leading diverse teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic, analytical mindset.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Fluent in Business English; international experience is a plus.
