Job Description
- As an Associate in the Project Finance team, you will work on cutting-edge projects and acquisition work in both primary and secondary markets.
- You will collaborate across teams and jurisdictions, providing strategic guidance to clients and managing matters in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment.
- Drafting, reviewing, and amending documentation.
- Providing strategic guidance to clients based on market awareness.
- Managing client expectations, deadlines, and project delivery.
- Leading and supervising junior team members.
- Recognising business development opportunities and supporting firm-wide strategies.
