Job Description

  • As an Associate in the Project Finance team, you will work on cutting-edge projects and acquisition work in both primary and secondary markets.
  • You will collaborate across teams and jurisdictions, providing strategic guidance to clients and managing matters in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending documentation.
  • Providing strategic guidance to clients based on market awareness.
  • Managing client expectations, deadlines, and project delivery.
  • Leading and supervising junior team members.
  • Recognising business development opportunities and supporting firm-wide strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Developing and sharing legal and sector knowledge internally and externally.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified lawyer with 3-6 years' PQE in a complex international organisation.
  • Experience in project finance or infrastructure acquisition work.
  • Strong technical knowledge and interest in Projects, Energy and Infrastructure.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to manage matters effectively and contribute to financial performance.
