Job Description:
- Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and ensure budgets and forecasts are met.
- Lead the site's budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning.
- Embed all finance policies and controls.
- Act as a finance business partner, providing clear analysis to support decision‑making.
- Prepare business cases and review financial inputs for customer quotes and proposals.
- Oversee all site financial accounting and reporting, including implementing Group reporting systems and standard costing.
- Maintain and analyse standard costs, addressing variances where required.
- Ensure systems support customer‑mandated financial reporting requirements.
- Liaise with auditors and support a smooth audit process.
- Identify and mitigate foreign currency risks.
- Submit tax information to support Group UK tax calculations.
- Drive process improvements with site leadership to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Lead and develop assigned finance team members.
The Successful Applicant:
