Job Description
You will manage and develop the credit control team, implement structure, and drive best practices. Key responsibilities include credit risk assessment, negotiating credit insurance policies, liaising with solicitors, and monitoring overdue accounts. You will also shape policies, processes, and reporting - this is a hands-on role with full autonomy and the backing of senior leadership.
