Job Description

  • Process and reconcile supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices according to company policies.
  • Prepare and process supplier payments, including electronic transfers and cheques.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and vendor details.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting requirements.
  • Respond to supplier queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Support the accounting and finance team with ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
