Job Description
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding their healthcare needs.
- Manage and lead the pharmacy team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Oversee stock management to maintain the availability of essential medicines and products.
- Monitor and improve pharmacy performance, meeting key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and build strong relationships with the community.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
- A degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong knowledge of community pharmacy operations and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills to manage a team effectively.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer care and supporting community health needs.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to achieve business objectives.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer and patient care.
- Previous experience managing a pharmacy team.
