Job Description
- Provide People Administration support and act as first contact for HR and volunteer queries.
- Ensure timely payroll submissions and maintain accessible HR policies.
- Administer People systems, maintain data accuracy, and generate reports.
- Offer first-line HR advice and support, including managing leaver processes.
- Handle general HR administration, document management, and email inboxes.
- Maintain compliance with infection control, health & safety, and confidentiality standards.
