Bookkeeper & Outsourced Accountant to join a growing Paignton accountants. Servicing wide ranging industry sector clients, managing clients & relationships.
This successful and well-established firm of accountants based in Paignton acts for very wide ranging clients across varying turnovers and industry sectors including groups, subsidiaries of overseas parents and other interesting clients.
Joining as Bookkeeper and Outsourced Accountant based from their Paignton offices, you will deliver bookkeeping services, VAT returns and provide other services to varied sole trader, partnership and limited company SMEs and OMBs of varying size and industry sector. You will deal directly with clients and build relationships, mainly on Quickbooks, Xero and Sage 50 software, along with Excel. You will work closely with the directors here as a key addition providing pivotal support and over time there will be scope to act for some of your clients managing the delivery of wider services, acting as an outsourced, full accounting function and department essentially for some clients.
The Successful Applicant
For this Bookkeeper and Outsourced Accountant role you may hold an AAT qualification, whilst a relevant career history and technical skill set, experienced background only background, is equally of interest. You will have anything from 3 - 5 years, or significantly more experience within accountancy practice, or perhaps be a self-employed senior bookkeeper seeking the stability of a permanent employed position, carving a role within this team of professionals, carrying out bookkeeping services for a wide ranging client base.
